We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR & Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive support to our company and manage the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the Team, including travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense reports.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.   
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
  • Assist with HR activities, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating training.   
  • Assist with financial and accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining records.   
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.   
  • Comfortable using common internet applications and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
